2.1 Before Seminar Commencement

More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a processing fee.
7 to 14 days before start date: Partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
Less than 7 days before start date: No refund available.
2.2 After Seminar Commencement
Once a seminar or course has begun, refunds are generally not available. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our platform prevent you from accessing the seminar content and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Content Discrepancy: If the seminar content delivered differs significantly from what was advertised or promised at the time of purchase.
Instructor Absence: If the scheduled instructor is unable to conduct the seminar and no suitable replacement is provided.
2.3 Recorded Content and Materials
Digital materials, including recorded seminars, downloadable resources, and course materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted or downloads have been initiated.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
3.3 Free Trial Conversions
If you are charged after a free trial period ends, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge if you did not intend to continue the subscription. Refund requests must be accompanied by evidence that you did not use the service during the paid period.
4. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases of individual seminars, workshops, or educational materials are subject to the refund timeframes outlined in Section 2 of this policy. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Processing Fees and Charges
All refunds are subject to deduction of processing fees, administrative costs, and payment gateway charges where applicable. The refunded amount will reflect these deductions.
Processing fees typically range from 3% to 5% of the original purchase price, depending on the payment method used.
6. How to Request a Refund

9. Cancellation by Elarivonexa
If Elarivonexa cancels a seminar or service for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Alternatively, we may offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to another seminar of equivalent value.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, such as travel arrangements or accommodation expenses, in connection with a canceled seminar.
10. Changes to Seminar Schedule
If we make changes to the seminar schedule, including date or time adjustments, you will be notified as soon as possible. If the rescheduled time does not suit you, you may request a transfer to another seminar or a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended, and you may be denied access to our services.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
